SmartHomeSync-CT started with a simple idea: smart-home technology should make life easier, not more stressful.
I’m Mile Radujko, a Connecticut local and the founder of SmartHomeSync-CT (Miles Ahead Tech LLC). Too often I’d see a great camera still in its box, a security kit half set up, or someone who’d given up on Alexa because the app was confusing. The equipment wasn’t the problem. People just needed someone patient to show up, set it up properly, and explain it.
That’s what we do. You choose your equipment (or I’ll help you choose it), and I’ll install it, connect it, and walk you through it until you’re comfortable. No rushing, no jargon, and no pressure to buy something you don’t need.
We’re independent. We aren’t a security company, we don’t sell monitoring, and we aren’t affiliated with any brand. That means our only job is getting your system working well for you.

Every app and account stays yours. We don’t keep your passwords.

Boxes broken down, cables neat, and a quick note of what we set up.

Our promise
If something we set up isn’t working right, tell us. We’ll make it right. Workmanship issues reported within [30] days are fixed at no charge.
